Brandon Taylor X FINAO Hoops Basketball Camp
This summer we are excited to bring back the second annual Brandon Taylor Sports X Finao Hoops skills camp! The camp will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah at Highland High School, from August 1st-3rd. Girls and Boys Ages 8-18 are welcome to come learn from Brandon Taylor, Lawrence Borha (FINAO HOOPS) and his camp coaches (including some former college teammates). Camp Duration: 3 day camp from 9am to 2pm
DATE: August 1st-3rd, 2023
LOCATION: Highland High School, 2166 S 1700 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84106
PARKING: Please park on the North West side of the building. You will also see a Cul De Sac. You can pull up and drop your kids off there.
ENTRANCE: Please enter on the Noth West side of the building and head right in through the glass doors. Straight ahead to the right will be the gym opening.

RELEASE :
1. I hereby recognize and acknowledge that my child’s participation in recreational activities may involve bodily and/or emotional injury to me and/or my child. In consideration of my child being permitted to participate in such events, I, for myself, my child, my heirs, my executors and administrators, hereby voluntarily and knowingly indemnify and hold harmless, defend, release, waive and discharge FINAO Hoops and B Taylor Sports, and its officers and employees and volunteers from any and all suits, claims or liability, including negligence, based on any injury except that caused solely by the willful misconduct of FINAO Hoops and B Taylor Sports activities. In addition, I agree that I or my insurance company will pay for medical, hospitalization or any other expenses resulting from my child’s participation.
2. I hereby authorize FINAO Hoops and B Taylor Sports camp staff to act on my behalf in accordance with their best judgement in case of an emergency involving my child, and agree to assume full responsibility for all expenses, medical or otherwise, that may arise therefrom. I understand that I or my insurance company will be billed for such emergency treatment. 3. I give permission for BtaylorsportsXFinaohoops to take photographs and / or video of my child. I grant full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group's aims. 4. This camp is voluntary and is in no way a condition or pre-requisite for student participation to any program, team or school sponsored activity held within the FINAO Hoops and B Taylors Sports program. 5. By signing this assumption of risk and liability release I acknowledge that I have read its contents, understand and agree to its terms.
